Brian Spann is a dynamic leader and connector dedicated to community empowerment, wellness, and innovation. Married to his best friend, Sylvia Crawley Spann, he is a proud father of three and grandfather of two, grounded in faith, family, and purpose.
With over 30 years in ministry, 26 years in healthcare leadership with Duke University Health Systems, and experience in sales and media, Brian’s mission is to uplift others through service and impact.
As founder of the S.A.F.E. Initiative—Sanitation, Antimicrobial Solutions, Forward Thinking, and Education on Concussion Awareness—he partners with schools, companies, and communities to promote health and readiness.
